Meet Tania Plaskon.
Barnkraft Nordic was founded by Tania Plaskon, an educator with 25 years of experience working with children.
Her professional path includes many years of pedagogical work and collaboration with municipal services in the Stockholm region.
Tania is well acquainted with Sweden's system of support for children and families, including the requirements of the LSS (avlösarservice) and Lex Sarah, and has extensive experience working with children of all ages who need an individual approach and additional support.
She also founded a weekend club for children with developmental differences, which has been running successfully for more than 7 years.

Nannies complete a Swedish paediatric first aid course (Första hjälpen på barn). A certificate (intyg) is available on request.
All staff provide an extract from the Swedish police record (utdrag ur belastningsregistret).
Pricing and the RUT deduction.
Our services qualify for the RUT-avdrag (the Swedish tax deduction for household services), which can lower the final cost for families by up to 50%.
Full rates are SEK 380–420 per hour. With the RUT deduction, families pay from SEK 190–210 per hour. The final price depends on the schedule. Minimum booking: 2 hours.
We handle invoicing, paperwork and all contact with Skatteverket (the Swedish Tax Agency).
We handle family information with care and in accordance with Swedish data-protection law.
